Refund policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly, so we can't take them back once they've been downloaded. That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought.

When we refund

• The files are faulty, corrupted or won't open in the stated software versions — and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You bought something you already owned (we'll refund the duplicate).

How to ask

Email support@elmagicobeats.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number (it's in your confirmation email and in your orders). Refunds go back to the original payment method. A refunded purchase removes access to the product's downloads.

Your statutory rights

Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe), which applies the consumer-protection rules of your country, including any right of withdrawal and how it applies to digital content, as presented at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
